I’ve been getting very low humidity after using the AirComfort device for a few months, but the temperature readings remain accurate; how did this happen?

The AirComfort device suffers from excessive condensation, which damages the Humidity readings. The sensor can withstand high humidity but not excessive condensation, direct contact with water, or mist.
